PAYLINK's
iLink Terminal
PAYLINK's
iLink Terminal was designed as a cost effective base for networked
time and attendance applications. The size of a power point, the
iLink clearly displays the time, and provides a touch socket for
reading high security iTag to identify staff.
Up to 31 units may be daisy chained on up to 1.2 klm of low cost
cable from a single PC COM Port via PAYLINK's Intelligent RS485
Converter.
In operation the iLink Terminal signals a "good read"
of an iTag audibly and visually. Data is then stored, time stamped,
in non volatile memory, awaiting collection by the host computer
at its convenience. When polled the iLink Terminal downloads its
data, and synchronises its clock to that of its host.
The iLink Terminal is built tough. Its attractive appearance conceals
thick ABS plastic walls, with back and side reinforcement in stainless
steel. Australian power point mounting brackets and blocks can be
used for custom installations.
Units may be powered by a local plug pack (wall transformer) power
supply, either low voltage AC or DC, or by power reticulated via
extra lines in the data cable..

Paytime
Base Software
You've
probably been accumulating and then calculating the times for your
payroll in the same time-consuming and error-prone way for years.
But there is a better way, one that will take less time and involve
less stress. This way your staff clock in and out by using the PAYLINK's
iTag placed into the PAYLINK's iLink Terminal. Their clocking times
are stored and directly processed by your computer, saving all the
manual work of other methods. Paylink Paytime collects data from
PAYLINK's iLink Terminal's, applying the shift and time adjustment
rules you've set for your workplace. The resulting time sheet summaries
can be linked to your payroll program, using optional Export Modules
(see below).
For Windows 95/98/NT/2000/ME.
